Halloween Cookies Part 2: Chocolate Caramel Witch's Hats + a Video

I'm continuing with the Harry Potter theme from last week's post on Peanut Butter Spidie Cookies.

These are a looser interpretation of Harry Potter related baked goods but the world could always use a little bit more imagination. That's what I learned from Disney this past weekend anyways.

If you are pro Harry Potter books over Harry Potter movies, you may share my frustrations as to the characters gradual transition to mostly Muggle clothing. The seventh book/movie is an exception as the trio are supposed to be blending into the Muggle world but for the rest of the time, they should be in robes and pointed hats. Sadly, only the first movie follows along with this dress code when all the Hogwarts students cheer at the end.

Side Note: How do they find their hat afterwards? Actually, that's quite a silly question as the answer is obviously magic.

The supply list in Book One has "one pointed black hat (black) for day wear" as one of the items. Wouldn't the movies (and parts of the books) be much more amusing if all characters were wearing hats?
